Innéa Skin General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products and services made by Innéa Skin, whose registered office is located at 2 Avenue Henri Barbusse, Bobigny, registered in the trade register under number [registration number], hereinafter referred to as Innéa Skin

2. Orders

Any order placed with Innéa Skin implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Products and services are described precisely on our website and/or in our commercial documents. The customer is required to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices for products and services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are specified when ordering. Payment is made at the time of order, unless specific conditions are agreed upon between the parties. Innéa Skin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the rate in force at the time of the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and are given for information purposes only. Innéa Skin undertakes to make its best efforts to respect these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 15 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

6. Warranty

Innéa Skin guarantees the conformity of the products sold with the specifications indicated in the order and provides the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

7. Liability

Innéa Skin cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the products or services sold.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to products and services sold by Innéa Skin remain the exclusive property of the company.

9. Personal Data Protection

Innéa Skin undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers and to use them only within the framework of order fulfillment.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

Any dispute relating to these GTC will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the registered office of Innéa Skin. These GTC are governed by French law.
